Μόνοι μας να σώσουμε τον κόσμο; Έτσι νιώθουμε πολλές φορές αλλά σίγουρα δεν γίνεται!!!
Να σώσουμε όμως μια αδέσποτη φοβική μανούλα που έσκασε μύτη με εφτά κουτάβια γίνεται! Σκύβουμε το κεφάλι και τρέχουμε πάλι με τους ώμους μας κουρασμένους!
Κουβαλήσαμε ένα μεγάλο πλαστικό σπίτι και βάλαμε μέσα την οικογένεια και όπως φαίνεται τής άρεσε πολύ αφού δεν τά μετακίνησε από το σπιτάκι!
Την ταιζουμε και φροντίζουμε καθημερινά, η Σουζάνα τής μαγειρεύει σπιτικό φαγητό για να έχει γάλα και δύναμη να θηλάσει τόσα κουτάβια, όμως το μέλλον των κουτάβιων ήδη μας προκαλεί ανησυχία!!!
Τι θα γίνουν άλλα εφτά μωρά;
Πού θα πάνε;
Πότε επιτέλους ο Δήμος μας θα δει σοβαρά το θέμα τών αδέσποτων;;; Πότε θα αναλάβει τις ευθύνες του;
Το βάρος στις πλάτες τών εθελοντών μας είναι ασήκωτο πλέον!
Εννοείται ότι χρειαζόμαστε κάθε είδους βοήθεια, όπως καλή τροφή για την μάνα και ειδική τροφή για κουτάβια όχι μόνο για αυτά πού θα την χρειαστούν σε λίγο αλλά και για τα άλλα… καθίστε… 10 σκυλάκια πού φροντίζουμε!
Ναι καλά ακούσατε, μόνο αυτή τη στιγμή οι Φίλοι Ζώων Καρπάθου φροντίζουμε 18 σκυλάκια! 
Στείλτε μας μήνυμα για κάθε είδους βοήθεια!!

What is possible is to save this stray phobic mother that showed up recently with her seven newborn puppies…
We rushed to the rescue again despite feeling oh so tired and hopeless.
We carried a big comfortable dog house and put the whole family inside and apparently she loved it as she didn’t move the puppies from the house!
We feed her and take care of her every day, Suzana Mangasarian cooks her homemade food so that she has the strength to nurse so many puppies, but the future of the puppies is already causing us concern!!!
What will happen to seven more babies in Karpathos?
Where will they end up?
When will the Municipality finally take the stray management issue seriously??? When will they assume their responsibilities?
The burden on the backs of our volunteers is too heavy now!
Of course we need all kind of help, such as good quality food for the mother and special puppy food not only for these ones that will need it soon but also for the other…wait for it…10 puppies that are currently under our care!
Yes, you heard right, only at this moment Animal Friends of Karpathos volunteers are taking care of 18 dogs!
